Additional Info:

• Children aged 1-5 years have free access to the park, free transportation, and do not pay a dock fee.

• The dock fee is $15 USD per person, both for adults and children (6 years and older), and must be paid at the time of registration or check-in

• Maritime transportation leaves at 9 am from Playa Langosta in the Hotel Zone of Cancun

• The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is restricted*

• The temazcal activity takes place at 11:30 a.m., and the harmonization ceremony at 1:15 p.m. To participate in either one, you must register upon arrival at the park to reserve your spot.*

• Photographs during aquatic activities and/or experiences have an additional cost

• The use of lifeguards is mandatory in all water activities

• Pregnant women (5 months and more) can't participate in water activities or zip lining for safety reasons

• Women less than 5 months pregnant may participate in aquatic activities only when accompanied by another adult and having signed a letter of responsibility

• The pool party is available at the following times: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

• The diving area is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the main dock. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.

• The beach area is available from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM in the snorkeling zone. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.

• Zipline: Maximum weight 287 lb. Minimum height 3.93 ft

• The buffet is available from 12:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

• The zipline is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Recommendations:

• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species

• Arrive 1 hour early at the ferry departure point to avoid inconveniences before boarding

• Take into account that your arrival point when you return will be Playa Langosta

• We do not have parking available at Playa Langosta, so we recommend taking precautions if you plan to arrive in a private vehicle or considering alternative transportation options if you are arriving on your own.
