Don't include infants under 6 years old in your reservation as they are free of charge; however, be sure to add them in the comments section of your reservation.
You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8 am to do your Check-In process.
The dock fee is $15 USD applicable to both adults and children (ages 6 and up). This fee must be paid at the time of your registration or check-in.
The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
On Isla Mujeres, this exclusive experience is available for private groups of up to 10 people.
Children with a height of less than 1.20 m can participate in the Dolphin Encounter experience accompanied by a paid adult.
Children over 1.40 m (4 ft 7 in) or taller may participate in Dolphin interactions unaccompanied.
Infants ages 1 to 5 participate free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult.
Children are considered 6 to 12 years old. Guests 13 years and older are considered adults.
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all water activities.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale
Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
Guests are not permitted to swim wearing any jewelry or accessories that may detach or fall off during the interaction.
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
To participate in the temazcal activity, you must register upon arrival at the park to reserve your spot and time.
Activities involving Marine Mammals (Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Manatees) are subject to a Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA), established by the State Government of Quintana Roo. This tax will be collected at check-in, at a rate of $ 3 USD per person, and applies to guests aged 6 and above.
Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from the Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA).
The funds collected from this tax go directly toward the protection of marine species in Quintana Roo.
Recommendations:
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience. Remember, you will receive a short briefing before your swim.
For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in any of our aquatic activities. However, expectant mothers of less than 5 months can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another paid adult and after signing a waiver.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species.

Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
We do not have parking available at Playa Langosta, so we recommend taking precautions if you plan to arrive in a private vehicle or considering alternative transportation options if you are arriving on your own.
