Important Information

• Avoid participating if you have heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, medical restrictions, recent injuries, surgeries, or if you're pregnant. Access will be denied if under the influence of alcohol or toxins.

• For safety reasons, the minimum age to participate is 12 years old; minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors aged 16 and over can drive if they have a driver’s license or permit.

• Official ID is required when registering for the activity.

• Closed-toe shoes (either water shoes or regular shoes) are required.

• Drive carefully, as this is a recreational ride, not a race. The tour follows a caravan format.

• The roads are one lane and one-way, follow the road signs.

• Do not stop unless directed by your guide.

• There are rest areas or passing zones to pull over, switch drivers, or yield to others under the guide’s instructions.

• If two visitors share a vehicle and both want to drive, they must take turns during the tour.

• Speed limit is 30 km/h; excessive speed may cause accidents.

• Always wear your safety gear.

• If you face a mechanical issue, immediately inform the guide, pull over, and let others pass.

• It is strictly forbidden to get out of the vehicle while moving or to enter non-designated routes.

• The maximum vehicle capacity is two adults.

• Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times, except when using the turn signals. Remain seated throughout the tour.

• The only official ID accepted is a valid passport. The document must be presented physically, not in a digital copy.

Recommendations

• Activities at Xplor Park are recommended for children 5 years and older (must be accompanied by an adult at all times). Note: the Zip-line activity requires a minimum height of 3.6 ft and a minimum weight of 88 lbs.

• Wear a swimsuit and use insect repellent; bring an extra change of clothes and a towel. The use of closed shoes or water shoes is mandatory for all the activities.

• Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only have titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.

• If your tour is with transportation, confirm the time and place of your pickup.

• Bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs or the pictures of your visit.

Important information

• Xplor opens Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• The minimum age recommended is 5 years old. Children 5 to 11 years old get a 25% discount on the adult ticket price (must present an ID to verify their age at park ticket booths).

• Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age at park ticket booths.

• Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.

• If you have a heart condition, fear of heights, a recent surgery, back pain, or get dizzy easily, certain park activities are not recommended.

• For the Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 47 in (120 cm) and 25 in (65 cm) for the legs. Body built of every visitor weighing 115 kg (250 lbs) or more will be considered to determine if it's possible to carry out the activity (full or partially). In the case of children, the harness must fit properly and have a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1.10 m). If it doesn't, for their own safety, they won't be able to perform the activity.

• Activities have special requirements of height and weight. For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 3.6 ft (1.10 m); for Rafts and Stalactite River Swimming is 3.3 ft (1 m) tall and 300 lbs (136 kg) of weight. For Toboganxote, minimum height is 4.2 ft (1.30 m) tall and maximum weight of 300 lbs (136 kg).The maximum capacity per raft is 4 people or 705 lb (320 kg). It is mandatory to use a helmet and know how to swim.

• Transportation is included only if added at the time of purchase.

• Reservations cancelled more than two days in advance of the date of visit are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled in 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable.

• It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.

• Smoking Control: At Grupo Xcaret we comply with government regulations by offering smoke-free and emission-free spaces. For smoking, we have designated exclusive areas restricted for minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with cardiovascular and pulmonary health problems.
